HOW DO I USE MY BUGATCHI.com WELCOME PROMOTIONAL CODE?
Your one-time-only promotional cannot be accepted, or processed, until you have logged into your BUGATCHI.com account (not as a guest). Please enter and also apply your promotional code on your SHOPPING BAG page (by clicking on “+/Apply”, to the right of the “Enter Your Promo Code” box), then complete your order. Please check that your promo code has been acknowledged, before you finalize your BUGATCHI.com order.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BUGATCHI SHAPED FIT & CLASSIC FIT SHIRTS?
Our Shaped Fit garments offer a slightly tapered cut, while our Classic Fit garments provide a more generous cut. BUGATCHI Shaped Fit shirts are slightly narrower in the waist, hip and chest area than our Classic Fit shirts, and fit closer to the body.
We recommend confirming the specific Size/Fit Guide measurements (located just above your size choices) for each of your preferred styles, as slight variances may occur. Please consult these measurements (provided for every garment offered at BUGATCHI.com) prior to your purchase.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ONLINE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED/SHIPPED?
After your order has been placed, you will receive an auto-generated Order Confirmation email from BUGATCHI.com outlining the details of your order. Following shipment, you will also receive an auto-generated Shipping Confirmation email, with your FedEx tracking information.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE PART/ALL OF MY BUGATCHI.com ORDER?
Please check your email (including your junk folder) and telephone messages, to receive any urgent notification from us regarding a possible issue relating to your online order (ie: out of stock merchandise, merchandise substitutions, payment method security flags, etc.). If you haven’t heard from us, then please contact us by email at email@example.com and include your telephone number with your inquiry, so that we may reach you during our standard business hours (Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST).
WHAT IS THE BUGATCHI.com RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY? HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE PRODUCTS?
This Return/Exchange Information is subject to our Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy described in more detail in our Terms and Conditions. For international returns, please skip to Section II.
You may return/exchange your purchase from BUGATCHI.com within 14 days of delivery. If your order included two or more items with separate delivery dates, time will be calculated from the date of receipt of the last item in your order.
All items must be returned in perfect, unworn condition, in their original packaging, complete with accessories, labels, a copy of the packing slip and in its original shipping container (or one of equivalent durability), with tags and seals, where present, still attached to the items. BUGATCHI will not accept returns/exchanges for items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of order, nor will BUGATCHI issue any credit towards the return of Products marked as “Final Sale”. Please note that all swimwear, as well as Products discounted by Fifty Percent (50%) or more, are considered Final Sale at the time of order and are not eligible for returns or excahnges. BUGATCHI reserves the right to refuse returns communicated and/or shipped late and items that are not in the same condition in which they were received, at BUGATCHI’s sole discretion.
Please carefully and securely package the unworn/unused items, complete and enclose the RETURNS/EXCHANGE FORM, included with your BUGATCHI.com order, and return them to us (use the prepaid FedEx return shipping label supplied), as per the instructions provided on your RETURNS/EXCHANGE FORM and available at BUGATCHI.com, as well. Following receipt of your return and upon verification of its integrity, we will process your refund as soon as possible. The refund credit will be applied toward your original payment method. You will receive a Refund Confirmation email from us outlining this transaction, upon its completion. Following receipt of your return, please allow 7-10 business days for this process.

BUGATCHI.com accepts payments by all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & JCB), as well as PayPal.
DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA/INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We currently ship to the following countries and are working on adding more: Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Cayman Island, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Lebanon, Mexico, Nigeria, Panama, Paraguay, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and Thailand
WILL MY BUGATCHI.com ORDER BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
You will not be charged sales tax, unless we are shipping your online order to the state of Florida, or the state of New York.
WILL I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY BUGATCHI.com PACKAGE UPON DELIVERY
If your BUGATCHI.com order totals $250.00 or more, it will require a signature for delivery by FedEx. This security measure has been instituted to protect your luxury goods investment. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if this presents an issue. Please include your telephone number. Our standard Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
We offer FedEx 2Day service (which means two business days, starting the following business day after your order was placed) for a standard $25.00 shipping fee.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS/GIFT WRAPPING?
We are sorry BUGATCHI.com does not currently offer gift cards or gift wrapping. However, we are keeping these options in mind for the future.
