2023 HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

For any orders placed on BUGATCHI.com from November 1, 2023 through December 20, 2023, the fourteen (14) day return window will be extended such that returns and exchanges may be made through January 10, 2024.

You may return your purchase from Bugatchi.com within 14 days. 

In the case of more than one product purchased in one order and delivered separately, time will be calculated from the day of receipt of the last product in your order.

The Products must be returned in perfect, unworn condition, in their original packaging, complete with accessories, label, a copy of the packing slip and in its original shipping container (or one of equivalent durability), tags and seals, where present, still attached to the Products.

BUGATCHI will not accept returns for Products considered “Final Sale” by BUGATCHI, nor will BUGATCHI issue any credit towards the return of Products marked considered Final Sale. Please note that all swimwear, socks removed or detached from the hangtag/label, any Products discounted by Forty Percent (40%) or more as well as masks are considered Final Sale at the time of order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Below are instructions for how to easily return or exchange unworn items to BUGATCHI through our returns portal. Thought the portal, customers may complete a one-time exchange for a different size, color or type of product, receive a store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

RETURN ONLINE THROUGH THE BUGATCHI.COM RETURNS/EXCHANGE PORTAL (U.S. ORDERS ONLY*)

  1. Click Here to be directed to the online return and exchange portal.
  2. Locate your order number. This number can be found at the top of the order confirmation email you received following the placement of your order.
  3. Enter your order number in the space provided.
  4. Enter the postal code that was used for delivery of your order.
  5. Select the items you wish to return – eligible items will appear with a white background whereas ineligible items will be greyed out.
  6. Select an exchange or refund/online credit.
  7. Select the reason for returning or exchanging the selected products.
  8. Follow the prompts in the portal to complete your return or exchange.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS THROUGH THE GLOBAL-E RETURNS PORTAL

  1. Click Here to be directed to the Global-e returns portal page.
  2. Locate your order number. This number can be found at the top of the order confirmation email you received following the placement of your order.
  3. Enter your order number in the space provided.
  4. Enter the email address that was used for delivery of your order.
  5. Follow the prompts in the portal to complete your return or exchange.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY INFORMATION

Important: We do not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than our collection service. *Free prepaid returns are only available in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories.

Goods should not be returned via FedEx Drop Box as this is not a supported return method. Return shipping charges are your sole responsibility if you choose to use any other carrier. BUGATCHI will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled by the carrier.

On receipt of a return and upon verifying its integrity, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by your payment method provider within 10-14 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding US public holidays.

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment. If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency, exchange rates the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

We do not accept exchanges for previously exchanged items and items received as gifts may be exchanged or returned for a store credit through the online return & exchange portal.

Please return your order to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund using the return service, ensuring that the return conditions are met.
