This Return/Exchange Information is subject to our Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy described in more detail in our Terms and Conditions. For international returns, please skip to Section II.
You may return your purchase from BUGATCHI.com within fourteen (14) days. In the case of more than one product purchased in one order and delivered separately, time will be calculated from the day of receipt of the last product in your order. Items purchased between 11/10/20 through 12/24/20 are included in our extended holiday return policy. These returns are accepted up until 1/10/21 and must be scanned by our delivery courier (FedEx) before 1/10/21.
Currently, orders cannot be exchanged online. A new order can be placed through www.bugatchi.com at any time.
The Products must be returned in perfect, unworn condition, in their original packaging, complete with accessories, label, a copy of the packing slip and in its original shipping container (or one of equivalent durability), tags and seals, where present, still attached to the Products.
BUGATCHI will not accept returns for Products considered “Final Sale” by BUGATCHI, nor will BUGATCHI issue any credit towards the return of Products marked considered Final Sale. Please note that all swimwear, as well as any Products discounted by Fifty Percent (50%) or more and masks are considered Final Sale at the time of order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
BUGATCHI reserves the right to refuse returns communicated and/or shipped late and items that are not in the same condition in which they were received, at BUGATCHI’s sole discretion.
You may return the goods using the free prepaid return label received with the Products using the procedure described below:
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE USING THE FREE PREPAID RETURN LABEL (U.S. ONLY)*
1. In order to execute a return, you must email the Customer Service Department at email@example.com to initiate a return authorization and have a prepaid shipping label emailed to you. Additionally, please follow the procedure to complete the Returns/Exchange Form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the packaging.
2. Once you receive a prepaid shipping label via email from the Customer Service Department, please affix the prepaid shipping label to your package.
3. Visit www.fedex.com or call 1800-463-3339 to arrange a collection. Please have your Returns Label ready in order to provide information. Alternatively, you can drop off your return package at any FedEx store or FedEx pickup center.
4. Keep the top portion of the label for your records and tracking.
5. You will receive an e-mail once your return/refund has been processed. Please allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Important: We do not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than our collection service. *Free prepaid returns are only available in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories.
Goods should not be returned via FedEx Drop Box as this is not a supported return method. Return shipping charges are your sole responsibility if you choose to use any other carrier. BUGATCHI will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled by the carrier.
On receipt of a return and upon verifying its integrity, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by your payment method provider within 10-14 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding US public holidays.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment. If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency, exchange rates the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.
Please return your order to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund using the return service, ensuring that the return conditions are met.
Section II: International Returns.
For all international orders (i.e. orders containing a shipping address outside the United States), BUGATCHI will not accept returns for Products that are considered "Final Sale" by BUGATCHI, nor will BUGATCHI issue any credit towards the return of Products that are considered Final Sale. Please note that all swimwear, as well as any Products discounted by Fifty Percent (50%) or more and masks are considered Final Sale at the time of order and are not eligible for returns and exchanges. We are unable to offer exchanges on international orders.
Return requests for items shipped to an international destination shall be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all BUGATCHI item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything BUGATCHI reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. Duties and taxes will be refunded to customers for all returns relating to orders shipped using delivery duty paid means. Return credit amounts will be calculated in the International Currency, at the same exchange rate used for the original order, and will be net of costs for return shipping and handling and return duty. Our international shipping partner, Borderfree, will send the customer a return authorization email linking to a shipping label and a commercial invoice, which the customer will be instructed to print and attach to their Return parcel, and Borderfree shall process customer refunds upon its receipt of Returns.
