Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. An estimated delivery time for your order will be available to view in checkout. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries.
We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. An estimated delivery time for your order will be available to view in checkout.

US Second Day shipping is available for a flat rate of $25.00. “US Second Day shipping” is understood to mean that if you have selected our US Second Day service, provided (i) your order has been submitted to us before 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time and (ii) your order has been accepted by us, we will endeavor to dispatch your order for delivery two business days from the time of acceptance. The US Second Day shipping service is not available for shipping destinations in Hawaii or in Alaska or for international destinations. If you have selected US standard delivery and provided your order has been accepted by us, Bugatchi will endeavor to dispatch your order in accordance with estimated delivery times or as otherwise specified in the checkout process as you submit your order. Orders received after any specified cut off or last order time or received on a day which is not a working day will be processed on the next working day. Estimated delivery times will be calculated from the date on which the order is processed, unless otherwise specified. For these purposes, a working day means any day in which banks are open for business in Florida, other than Saturdays and Sundays or federal holidays in the United States of America. Where you have selected our US Second Day service, your sole remedy for any failure by Bugatchi to dispatch your order in time for delivery within two business days shall be your right to cancel the relevant order and receive a full refund of any monies paid to us in respect of that order. Please note that all delivery options available on our Website may not be available on any Application or the Website accessed using a mobile device.
Title in the Products will pass to you on the later of:
(a) the date on which we receive payment in full for such Products; and
(b) the date and time of collection of such Products for delivery to your nominated address.
Once a Product has been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the Product shall pass to you.
We shall be entitled to deliver the Products in installments and each installment shall be deemed to constitute a separate contract with us, and we shall be entitled to supply only part of an order.
In the event that a Product is subsequently imported into a country other than the United States, you shall be responsible for complying with all local import requirements, laws, regulations and rules and paying all import taxes and duties as may be applicable in respect thereof.
- SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have given on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes or freight forwarders. Please note that there are restrictions on the locations to which we deliver Products purchased from our Website. Details of the locations to which we deliver are available from us on request.
This Return/Exchange Information is subject to our Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy described in more detail in our Terms and Conditions.
You may return your purchase from Bugatchi.com within 14 days. In the case of more than one product purchased in one order and delivered separately, time will be calculated from the day of receipt of the last product in your order.
Currently, orders cannot be exchanged online. A new order can be placed through www.bugatchi.com at any time.
The Products must be returned in perfect, unworn condition, in their original unopened packaging, complete with accessories, label, a copy of the packing slip and in its original shipping container (or one of equivalent durability), tags and seals, where present, still attached to the Products.
Bugatchi will not accept returns for Products marked as “Final Sale” at the time of order, nor will Bugatchi issue any credit towards the return of Products marked as “Final Sale”. Please note that any item purchased at 50% off or more when the purchase is made is also non-returnable and non-refundable. This applies to merchandise that is less than 50% Off and becomes greater than 50% off when promotional code is applied.
Bugatchi reserves the right to refuse returns and / or shipped late and items that are not in the same condition in which they were received, at Bugatchi’s sole discretion.
You may return the goods using the free prepaid return label received with the Products using the procedure described below:
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE USING THE FREE PREPAID RETURN LABEL (U.S. ONLY)*
1. Follow the procedure to complete the Returns/Exchange Form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.
2. Affix the prepaid shipping label included in your order to your package.
3. Visit www.ups.com and click 'Contact UPS' at the bottom left of the screen. Call the UPS Customer Service telephone number to arrange a collection. Please have your Returns Label ready in order to provide information. Alternatively, you can drop off your return package at any UPS store or UPS pickup center.
4. Keep the top portion of the label for your records and tracking.
5. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Important: We do not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than our collection service. *Free prepaid returns are only available in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories.
Goods should not be returned via UPS Drop Box as this is not a supported return method. Return shipping charges are your sole responsibility if you choose to use any other carrier. Bugatchi will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled by the carrier.
On receipt of a return and upon verifying its integrity, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by your payment method provider within 10-14 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding US public holidays.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment. If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency, exchange rates the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.
Please return your order to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund using the return service, ensuring that the return conditions are met.
